Many potential ATC clients will need
assistance developing project ideas and understanding the strengths and
deficiencies of various educational and technical approaches. To support
this need, the ATC will consult with potential clients and assign them
a campus mentors with the necessary expertise, if needed.
Once projects are defined, faculty
will request services by submitting an electronic proposal to the ATC.
Proposals will be evaluated and reviewed for educational/technological
merit . Approved projects will be queued based on the priority assigned
during the review.
| The basic procedure for using the
ATC's production services |
Outline of Steps:
- Meet with ATC staff to discuss your project
idea.
- Plan your project. ( Mentors may be appointed
to help you if needed.)
- Prepare an electronic proposal and submit
it to the ATC via e-mail.
- Allow two weeks for your proposal to be
reviewed.
(The ATC will contact you once the review is complete.)
- Meet with the ATC staff to discuss the
reviewed results. At this time, tasks and a timeline will be established
prior to production.
- When production begins, you will be an
important team member, and the ATC will be counting on your participation.
- As production proceeds, you will be asked
to review and evaluate your project, and insure others participate

approved may be revised and re-submitted.)

Before production can begin, projects must have:

-- A mutually agreed upon timeline and approval process for specific
production checkpoints

-- Identified who will be responsible for the project once completed
and, if computer or web-based, where the end-product will reside.
