The professional staff in Classroom & Audio/Visual Services will assist you with your room reservations and audio/visual needs.

  * Call 409-770-6778 to reserve new Shrine Burn Auditorium.
* Call 409-747-6753 (Special Use Facilities) to reserve the following rooms:
- Levin Hall Dining Room
- Levin Hall Foyer 		- Ballinger Mills Room
- Caduceus Room		 - Marie Hall Room
- Rosenberg House		 - Open Gates Rooms

Most large capacity rooms are reserved for educational and training purposes and are scheduled according to dates of exams, commencements, etc. Your room is not reserved until you receive an email confirmation.
