Perfect Binding
Perfect binding is a form of binding books with a wrap around cover where the inside pages are actually glued into the spine of the book, as is done with paperback books. This type of binding is ideal when printing on the spine of the book is needed. Perfect binding is available for books ranging in thickness from one-eighth inch to two inches.
Cutting
Our in-house printing facility is equipped with two large commercial paper cutters that allows us to offer cutting operations on several types of material up to 26" X 40".
Folding
Our equipment can handle almost all folding tasks on larger formats or small ones such as stationery.
Saddle Stitching

Saddle Stitching is a form of book binding which uses collated sheets folded in half and secured with two staples in the centerfold.

Padding
Padding is a glue compound that is applied to hold sheets together. Padding is most commonly seen on notepads, forms and carbon-less NCR paper.
Shrink Wrapping
Shrink wrapping is a process in which finished products are wrapped in plastic for protection. It is very useful when products such as forms or brochures are handed out in several areas. Shrink wrapping can be done in any amount requested.
Hand Collating
Printing Services is set up to offer all types of hand collating operations. Using our hand collating process can be very cost effective for departments that have several pieces of material that need to be gathered and placed into envelopes. Hand gathering can become very costly when using office and clerical staff. With our facility and set up, gathering of material can be done very quickly.
Labeling & Wafer Tabbing
Printing services offers both hand peel-off labeling and heat sensitive automated labeling. Heat sensitive labeling is the most cost-effective method since it is done by machine. Wafer tabbing places a round adhesive seal on the open edges of printed materials to make sure they remain closed.
Numbering
Printing services offers numbering of your printed material. Numbering is most commonly used on medical record forms and similar items. Numbering can be provided in either black and red ink.
