Request Photocopy Services/Interlibrary Loan

Photocopy
When the Moody Medical Library owns a book, journal, or other document, clients may request photocopies of book chapters, articles, or other portion of the work.

Fee: Self-Service - 5 cents per page (copy cards available)
        Mediated - 15 cents per page

Interlibrary Loan (UTMB Personnel Only)
Interlibrary Loan locates items not available in the Moody Medical Library and obtains needed materials using regional, national and international library networks. There is no charge for interlibrary loan.

Fee: No charge

Document Requests may be made electronically by using our Web-based software.

Article/ book request may also be made in person or by calling the Document Delivery Department at 409-772-2386. Photocopies are available within 48 hrs. If requesting an interlibrary loan, please allow 5-10 working days.
