Client - approval of budget, validation of contract, available for project review and approval

Content Expert - responsible for content validation, identify appropriate personnel, consult, help establish deadline, monitor budget, project review and approval

Support Staff - responsible for the preparation of material (text) to be placed on line

Director/Producer - grand organizer, project manager, resource supplier, personnel manager

Project /Production Coordinator - establish timelines, identify tasks, contact for professional services, maintains budget

Instructional Designer - project author, creative lead, resource user, technical proficiency with medium, monitors and implements sound use of instructional principles. (Types CBT specialist (instructional technologist), media design and production, curriculum designer, faculty development and training specialist, Interactive systems and computer etc…)

Multimedia Specialist - responsible for the preparation, creation, recording, digitizing of various components, such as video, graphics, animation, text and sound, to be placed on line

Graphics Designer - responsible for overall visual design, use of color and typography, creates digital images to be used i.e. buttons, bars, backgrounds, animations, two and three dimensional graphics.

Audio Specialist/Sound Technician - responsible for recording and digitizing narration/sound

Videographer - responsible for recording and digitizing/compression of video

Lighting Technician - responsible for the set up/breakdown and use of proper lighting exposure during shoot

Photographer - responsible for shooting, scanning and digitizing, retouching and sizing images to be used

Programmer - responsible for writing the code to present the content, visuals and sound. Responsible for developing intuitive navigation system and usage tracking

Webmaster - maintains the site in which the course resides, troubleshoots any problems with links and maintains the network server

Community Technical Support Specialist - responsible for interfacing with project end-users. Identifies problems and reports them to project leader for correction
