Step 2 Gather content

Create PowerPoint Presentation
b. Write Script/Narration to add to Presentation
| Troubleshooting | 1. all graphics should be same size (Small under 10K
for quick loading) 2. A text should be large and readable from a distance ( no smaller than 12 Point) 3. all images should be imported as a .gif or .JPG |
Step 3 Practice
a. Read through script /slides to time your audio.
b. Adjust slides and /or narration. (obtain approximate length of time)
Step 4 Save PowerPoint presentation as a JPG file Interchange format.

Step 5 Open Real slideshow software
a. Under "file" open new Project the
timeline interface will appear
Step 6 Adding images and Recording Narration
a.In the main work area Select
"File" , add images---
drive out to the area where you saved your presentation and Select the
first image.
First Image will show in time line.
b.Select "Edit Images" in image properties
Select "text and audio" tab
select "Start Recording" to record
dialog for first slide
select "Stop"
REPEAT the steps a and b until complete
Step 7 Rendering presentation
a. Select "Generate" enter the proper information on title, author, keyword description
b. Select "Save as" save as a real Slide show project file.
