Electronic Journals: Tips and Tricks

Do you need to find the full-text to a journal article? Would you like to be able to do this from the comfort of your own desktop? If you answered yes to either of these questions, Electronic Journals: Tips and Tricks is for you! In the 90 minute class, we will explore the universe of electronic journals and how to discover if electronic access is available for UTMB affiliates. Hands-on exercises will reinforce the tips and tricks for maneuvering in the full-text services offered by the library, such as ScienceDirect. Recommendations for keeping up with the ever-changing e-journal frontier will also be covered.
